I am a young musician who wants to live in a healthy body for this lifetime but enjoy my food! So I have these experiments going all of the time with how to make classic foods much healthier without compromising taste and satisfaction... like adding flax to things. :)
Most recipes are gluten, corn, sugar, vinegar and chili pepper-free since I have had to learn to cook without those due to allergies. Hopefully this is helpful to others who have dietary restrictions!
