Sara: I am a young musician who wants to live in a healthy body for this lifetime but enjoy my food! So I have these experiments going all of the time with how to make classic foods much healthier without compromising taste and satisfaction... like adding flax to things. :) Most recipes are gluten, corn, sugar, vinegar and chili pepper-free since I have had to learn to cook without those due to allergies. Hopefully this is helpful to others who have dietary restrictions! Recipe scientist by day, musician by night... or the other way around some days!
